The Daddy 1.5 spoon takes inspiration from nature…

As many of us know, the two main baits for trout fishing are the mealworm and the worm.

What better way to make a fantastic bait than to take inspiration from what nature offers us!?

I tried to stay as close as possible to the shape of a larva, modifying its appearance to my liking to find the perfect balance point of our spoon.

Body that entices us to eat a fish, which often with a normal spoon during the chase understands the scam without allowing us to conclude our catch.

The size of the paddle is 1.5, i.e. an intermediate size between a classic 1 and a classic 2 to add a size that does not exist on the market which will allow us to resolve those situations in which the 1 is too small and the 2 is too large .

The rod on which our spoon is mounted has an inline swivel in the initial part, which facilitates the transition from a minnow to a spoon, using a simple snap hook without the use of a swivel which can often be too much for the correct movement of our baits.

The colored bodies are worked on a lathe and the painting phase consists of 3 coats of paint (white primer and two colored coats) and a final layer of glossy transparent which serves to strengthen its seal in moments of impact with other surfaces .

The colored bodies: silver, black and gold undergo a chrome plating phase to make them shiny and captivating.

They mount the BKK 6062×1 treble hooks of 10 on a split ring of 0 to facilitate the change with the single hook.
