How Does Adventurer Support Work?

To best manage your needs, your doubts or any clarifications and advice, you will be assigned a personal assistant who will solve any problem within the same day!

When can I contact support?

From the moment your personal assistant is assigned to you, you will be able to contact him privately throughout the day (even late in the evening) in fact our assistants are active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


What is our return policy?

The return is free, from the moment you receive your package, you have 30 days to contact support via WhatsApp and proceed with your return.

 

Can I return it for any reason?

We accept returns  for products not as described, incorrect products, defective or damaged products.

 

Who is responsible for the return?

Returns due to defects or faults in the product are our responsibility, so when you contact us on WhatsApp you will be explained the entire process of collection, refund or possible exchange.

 

How do I check the status of the shipment?

When your package is processed, you will be sent an email with the tracking number and the carrier chosen for your shipment. You will then need to go to the carrier's web page (the link will be provided) and paste your tracking number.

 

How long does the shipping take?

Shipping will always be express 24-48H, except for shipping with payment on delivery.

 

How does cash on delivery work?

When choosing shipping, you can click on "Payment on delivery", during the payment of the order you will not have to pay any sum, but there will be an increase of €7.90 upon delivery directly to your home which will be added to the product cost.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept these types of electronic payments: Paypal, American Express, Google pay, Apple pay, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Shop pay and Union pay.

We accept bank transfers only in case of impossibility of payment via the methods listed above.

The product will be shipped once the bank transfer has been collected.
